Shwayze – Buzzin’ Cover

Hey guys! Guess what? I’m posting a video! Impossible right? Well not really… I was without a camera for a long while and that’s probably no excuse to stop updating but I will start to get back in the groove of writing more often. Anyways, I decided I wanted to test my recording equipment and my camera so here is a vid of me covering one of my favourite summer songs. It is hard to see the smaller picture-in-picture shots because of the size of the embed. Sorry about that. Anyways, I hope you enjoy!

Dude, I was a bit surprised! I had no idea you sang! I liked the singing better than the rapping but it isn’t the delivery I didn’t like, it’s your lack of energy. Put some more swag in it!
Otherwise, this is the best cover of the song I’ve seen so far.

I had never heard the original version of this song before. After watching the original, I can say I prefer both your version of the song and video except for the peace signs. Stop making peace signs.
Agree with TekNo on the lack of something though. I wouldn’t call it energy as the cover in general is a chilled out version i.m.o. but more personality. 2:40-2:46 I heard your personality come through more in your voice. You even smiled after it. Golden.

I dont’ like this. Not because it’s a bad cover but because I don’t the song. American pop music is not enjoyable to me. I think it is better than the original though.

That’s what I mean. Attitude. More attitude and try to be more loose with your flow. Honestly though, looking up other covers they are terrible so trust me when I say yours is the best one.

PChan – What other amazing talents are you holding back from the world. I’m not a fan of hip-hop music, but I was drawn in by the guitar and the chorus. Bravo!! I want to hear more, but like others are saying, maybe choose a song with more attitude so you can have more fun with it. Awesome!!
